How do I access my tour and download my pictures?

A.

Once your tour is posted an automatic email will be delivered to you via email. Links to download pictures and access both branded and unbranded slideshow tours will included. You can also login to your agent profile with the username provided near the bottom of the email. Follow the link, enter the username provdied, and click the "First Time Ueser?" link to create your profile. Once logged in you'll be able to easily navigate to the specific tour you wish to download. Always feel free to reach out via email or phone if needed.

How long does a photo shoot take?

A.

Basic Tours take about 30-45 minutes, with a delivery of 15 images. An HD Tour takes about an hour, and Twilight tours can take up to two hours since its all about timing and lighting.

Will you post directly to the MLS for me?

A.

We don't typically access the MLS for specific shoots, however within your agent profile in our Tour Window you can easily link the Full Resolution images to the MLS.

When can I expect my tour delivered after the shoot is complete?

A.

We aim to deliver all tours within 48 hours, but some larger and more detailed properties take a bit more time in post process. HD Tours and Twilight Tours could take up to 72 hours. If the shoot is scheduled for a Friday or weekend, we'll start the edit process the following Monday morning. We also observe all federal holidays.

How soon can I schedule my tour?

A.

Often times we'll be able to accomodate shoots the same week, if not within a few days, of when the order is complete. However, weather and location play a large peice of determining shoot date. We're happy to accept your requested shoot date and take it into consideration when creating a shoot schedule.

It seems photos might be missing. Can I request more, or have the photographer go out and reshoot additional photos?

A.

Our team of photographers are highly trained and have been composing architectural photographs for years. If you feel we missed a photo or two, chances are we have it and it may not have been included in the tour delivery for various reasons. Reach out to us and we're happy to take a look. If you have specific photos that you want captured at the property, please list them in the order form. If we have to send a photograpaher back out to the property there may be a $35 re-shoot fee.

Will the Mouve Media stage the property for photos?

A.

Our process does not incude staging by our team. When the photographer arrives they will walk through the house in order to align anything that might stand out, ensure all lights are turned on, and blinds are appropriately staged. Other than that our photographers will be focused on lighting, composition, sellable features and deliving an tour that will atract buyers. Furniture and/or household items will not be moved or cleaned. Please contact us if you have any questions about staging.
